About Me
I began my Yoga Journey over 12 years ago while on a search for inner peace and self discovery. Yoga is not just a trend or workout for me it’s a “work in”, it’s a way of life. A way for me to connect with my true self by moving my body with my breath and finding stillness through meditation. I grew up dancing and always loved the release and soul connection that moving my body to music gave me. When I left dance I began to suffer from bouts of Anxiety and Depression. I was on a search for relief from the symptoms. When I found Yoga I was able to gain all the benefits from my dance years and more. I fell in love with Yoga. It has been my way to connect with the bigger picture and experience life in a new way. I have been a yoga teacher for about 4 years now in the Los Angeles area. I am a certified 500 hour Yoga Teacher through YogaWorks.
